--I work for Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University at Ajmer in Western India. I am Deputy Director at Center for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Teaching and research interests include Small Business Management, Services and Quality. This is achieved through consistent involvement in research and extension work. I am holding AICTE's Career Award for Young Teachers.

Experience

--I am with Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University at Ajmer in Rajasthan in India. Having been invited, I served as a Professor of Business and Administration at Department of Business, at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) at State of Mexico Campus in Mexico from Jan 1, 2001 till Dec. 31, 2001. I also served as a Reader in Management at Institute of Commerce and Management, Jiwaji University Gwalior during Jan 20, 2004 till August 13, 2004. I am an adjunct faculty for Indian Institute for Travel and Tourism Management (IITTM) (Ministry of Tourism, Government of India) and Indian Institute of Quality Management (IIQM) (Ministry of Electronics, Government of India).

Teaching

--During the last 11 years in academics I am primarily associated with teaching of courses on Services (Strategy, Management and Marketing), Quality (Quality Systems, Statistical Quality Control) and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. I was also required to handle some other courses as required.
